Guess What? Close up Photos of Some Common and Natural Things

This is a response to the challenge of AustinStar to come up with a hub about "extreme close up of things". Although she already placed some of my photos in her hub, I still am making a new hub.
I just have so many close-up photos to share because these are really the kind of photos I love to take or create.
I am making this into a kind of challenge, thus the title - "Guess What?"
The following photos are extreme close up of some things we normally see at home/office or in our garden. I'm sure you see some of them almost every day. However, you may not have looked at them that closely or in that angle.
This will just be a multiple choice type of challenge so that you do not have to make a wild guess.

That is some great photography... thanks for allowing us to take a closer look through your eyes. I got all of them but one right... those oil droplets. Well, technically I got it right, just wasn't sure how you got the picture :)

I had fun but must say I didn't do very well with the close-ups. I can't blame you as your pictures are outstanding and eye-catching. I need to hone my observation skills. It was great fun and thanks for sharing this with us.

Hi your photos are getting better and better. I can't tell what the object is, I know it's a common object. It's a combination of natural photography and abstract. You could join a major photo contest. I like photography as well. And I like nature views like waterfalls, mountains, animals, flowers, wierd building and houses, ocean, forest, tropical, desert and snow. And I like your photo of those simple object but you make it more dramatic (I mean Super Dramatic) Thanks for sharing photos.

Hi Jill! Oh! Wow, how cool, I used to get GAMES magazine, and they had these and that is probably the ONLY reason I got ALL RIGHT!!! YaY :) Some of them are hard though! I almost missed the grater one, but then when I thought back to the GAMES magazine, (Fun magazine) I remembered to look for reflections! But that would be really cool to upload to a site for backgrounds! :) FUN v-up awesome!!! You're my new "GAMES" magazine! lol (I stopped getting them because I was blind for 7 years, but my first "quiz" book I bought-out of a resell store is on Gone With The Wind.. OH, no I knew it had to be a grater because well, my mom had one, and in the magazine part of guessing things was to look for reflections, then you'd know it was metal! Now the book one would of been harder if it didn't show the actual magazine part!
No, yeah I really was blind, I had cataracts in both eyes and had to take care of my dad so I didn't have time to get surgery until he passed away. But I could get around by shapes colors and sounds. And through my house from counting steps to each room. Typical things blind people do like pouring a glass of milk, I had to put my finger in the edge to know when to stop, that sort of thing. I got my surgeries one on each year of my birthday, so I considered it the best birthday's presents I ever had! My eye Dr laughed cos I hugged him and said "I SEE YOU NOW" LOL! Now I see all the places in my house that need scrubbing LOL but I want to read and see tv that I missed and wear make up that I missed out on, and new clothes, things like that. It's ok, you're not nosy I'd rather you ask so I can tell you never let them get that far gone because it makes it harder for the doctor to fix. I had to be put to sleep when most people are in/out real quick. But it makes it complicated. But I had to take care of my dad.. he had dementia. So now there's a case of the blind leading the blind :) and yes I can laugh about that because he could remember some things so he would laugh too. But I "look at the bright side" that although I had to help him to die, I didn't actually SEE a lot of it. But at least when I fed him with an eye dropper I didn't poke him in the eye! :) we must find some humor in things or it tears our hearts out! Even when it's hard, I had a good dad so I was lucky and he was lucky to have a blind daughter help him! :) Mom & Dad are together now and I can see, so I'm up for all games! :D
